During her time with Almost Home, Inc. Tina managed our Family Homeless Shelter, as well as our GED Program and was never too busy to help families who called seeking assistance.
Tina had an Associate’s Degree as a Paralegal and her Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services from Metropolitan State College in Denver. Tina was also a Licensed Colorado Teacher and held a certification from American Montessori Society as an Elementary Instructor.
Tina’s work background included time with the Adams County Probation Department and Brighton East Charter School, in addition to her nearly 9 years with Almost Home, Inc.
Tina is survived by her husband Jon and her son Wade and daughter Andrea and one grandson, Dominic, A Memorial Fund has been established at Almost Home in Tina’s memory and donated funds will be used to provide Scholarships to people wishing to receive their GED’s from Almost Home, Inc. but who lack the necessary funds.
